To be honest, location is not beach-front, there is about 100 meter to the beach with private house in front, but the beach is simply beautiful – spacious and not so busy. Good point, is that Laguna Heights has direct road to the beach. Showroom was made well, interesting design and ideas with OK quality. The project had a good sales in the begin, so they should have enough money do not stop.
