Two bedroom apartment with outside view 67-95 sqm – with prices from 5,9 mln Thai Baht. Two bedrom apartment facing the sea (front units) 113-159 sqm with prices from 10 mln Thai Baht. The buyers should be aware that real sea view will start from 3rd floor, because of private house in front of the building. Apartments on the first floor will have private garden.
Three bedroom apartment with city view (looking to the Soi 16) 114-120 sqm with prices from 10 mln Thai Baht.
All units will come from developer with european kitchen, designer style bathroom, A/C and build in wardrobes. The quality of materials is good, they was presented in showroom.
