The first two buildings (A and B) have only studio units, actually they are open-space units with large balcony. Ordinal units are 78 sqm and corner units – 90 and 116 sqm. The owners can build themselves as many bedrooms as they want, but it`s not so easy to create even one bright bedroom, because windows are located directly in front of the entrance of apartment. Sinking fund is 500 THB per sqm (one time payment) and maintenance fee is 20 THB per sqm per month (payment for the year ahead).
