Thank you very much for the information John. I walked past these condo's
yesterday. I was considering buying a condo, but with your guidance, I
will stay well clear. Once again, many thanks.

hi my name is john. quite frankly the facts stated about piamsuk are not true. i can speak with experiance as i purchaced a condo there over 18 months ago and i can tell you all is not as seems. i was the first person to transfer on this development and so far they have only 8 people who have bought there with only 3 people transfering the title deeds so far. in the last 12 months they have not sold any units and are now in the process of turning 3 floors into general to let units. by law they have to pay a maintenance fee for any unsold units but i am unable to get any evidence from them that they are paying anything. the biggest problem is the number of tour busses that arrive day and night. originally they built 3 blocks, one to be used as a hotel and the other two to be sold as condos/ due to the fact that they are unable to sell the condos they turned a second block into a hotel. they have been very succesfull in filling the 2 blocks with mainly chineese tourists and as a result the tour busses come and go day and night. believe me this is no joke when you live in the remaining condo block as they park under your balcony and the street is full of them. the noise and fumes as they leave there aircon on and rev up there engines is unbearable. you have to experiance the morning with the tour busses because it is really unbelievable. they start their engines about 6.30 in the morning and then they move the busses around as they jossle to load on there tourists, there is a lot of shouting as the manouvering continues for well over an hour. they promiosed that they would build a car park on adjacent land that they own. i threatened to see a lawyer about the tour busses so they levelled the land for the tour busses to park on and this was ok for a couple of days but then the tour busses returned to the street so be warned. if you want to sit on a balcony and listen to a load of tour busses reving up and suffering the exhaust fumes and the noise and shouting of the drivers and the tourists getting on and off the bussess then be my guest. let the buyer beware. ive allready transfered so i cannot do anything about it now but if i had my time over again i would not buy a condo here. by the way if you would like to rent my condo i would be only to happy to oblige at a rent of 12000 thai baht a month. if you want to contact me my number is 00447709828888. thanks john
