East Point Condominium – units range, prices, payment plan, etc

East Point Condominium consist of two buildings.  For building A designed 79 units and for building B – 77.

Studio  – 36 sqm, prices start from 1,4 mln Thai baht (2nd floor building B, thai or company name) and reach 2,2 mln Thai Baht (highest floor building A, foreigner name).

One bedroom apartment with area 59-79 sqm and prices from 2,8 mln Thai baht (2nd floor building B, thai or company name) to 5 mln Thai baht (highest floor building A, foreigner name)

Prices include build-in euro-kitchen, bathroom and a/c

Conditions:

  • booking fee – 30,000 thai baht (none refundable deposit)
  • 20% from selling price – within 15 days from reservation (minus deposit)
  • 6 weeks later – 10%
  • 3 month later – 10%
  • 3 month later – 10%
  • 3 month later – 10%
  • 3 month later – 10%
  • 30% – balance on completion

Transfer fee will be paid by buyer.

Maintenance fee: 360 thai baht per sqm per year (should be paid for one year at advance)

Sinking fund: 400 thai baht per sqm (one time payment).

East Point  – is  low-rise condominium project without any extraordinary features. Project consist two 8 storey building, with swimming pool and parking on the ground floor.
