Payment condition:
- booking fee – 50,000 Thai baht
- signing contract – 10%
- down payment – 20%
- transfering date – 70%
Financing is available from developer for 50% of purchaising price.
Transfer fee will be share 50/50 between seller and buyer.
Maintenance fee is 30 Thai baht per sqm per month (payable one year at advance).
Sinking fund is 400 Thai baht per sqm (one time payment).
