Northshore Pattaya

Northshore  Pattaya was launched in 2008, and pointed the luxury needs in Pattaya real estate market.  Developer  Raimon Land PLC reached a great success with this project, and  was inspired for future.

The project is located on Soi 5 Pattaya Beach Rd., 50 meters from central pattaya beach. The beach itself is not be right for swimming, but the location is very convenient – transportation, minimarts, hospitals and shopping malls  (like new huge Central Festival with super market, numbers of restaurants and pleasant selection of shops) are close.

It is a high rise building with 193 luxury apartments: one-, two- and three bedroom units with size from 64 to 268 sqm. Every apartment have sea view, the best of course from high floor.

Communal facilities are swimming pool, gym, billiard room, lobby with reception and 24 hour on-site security, high speed elevators and key-card system.

The building was built over old foundation, before Northshore condominium on that site was other construction.

This condominium was build on top quality materials, so it should look like new 10 and more years later, well..will see.

Prices for sale  one bedroom apartment are around 7,5 mln Thai Baht,  for rent – about 35,000 baht per month (only long term).

Siam Penthouse III Condominium

Siam Penthouse Condominium is high rise beachfront residental building located in North Pattaya, in the end of Soi 16 Naklua Rd. Very quiet location, about 800 meter from main road, but very close to the sea. The beach there is small, closed from both side with corals stones – so it can be cleaner then other part of Wongamat beach.

The first two Siam Penthouse condos were built in Bangkok and they are the first condominiums in Thailand.

I was not inside the rooms, but ground floor looks totally ok, lounge area is fresh and clean, garden is well-groomed, swimming pool and other facilities are operating well.

The building has outstanding design (for 30 years old) with “steps floors” and majority of units have sea view, the best view is to the North. Views to the South can be closing by neighbor “Silver Beach Condominium” building.

There  is a possibility to get laundry and other services from reception desk, otherwise opposite the road there is another condominium with numbers of different services.

Units range:  there are studio units (about 32 sqm), two bedroom apartment (64-87 sqm) and larger apartment – about 115 sqm.

Studio can be rented out for 18,000 baht per month.

The well-known developer – Raimon Land, was launched Northpoint in 2006. The project has been announced as the most luxury condominium in Pattaya. Two high rise towers now under construction on prime beachfront location -  Soi 18 Naklua Rd., North Pattaya. Construction of the Northpoint was doing well and fast, but since april 2009 the progress was slowdown. Hope this is  temporarily problems and developer will finish condo in time.
