T.W. Wongamat Beach

The project consists of mini service apartment at the front, with cluster houses behind, around a pool. Near the center is the T.W. Wong Amat Beach Resort Condominium and the “Forest Spring”. The designers put everything they have into making “Oasis of the Forest” the biggest ozone park you have ever. This park is ideal for private family picnics and holidays, featuring the highest waterfall in Thailand, lovely natural canals and pools, a gigantic swimming pool, gazeboes and health facilities, all surrounded by fresh green garden.

Master PlanT.W. Wong Amat Beach Resort Condominium is the equivalent of a luxurious 5 star hotel, entirely decorated with a tropical forest theme. The only word to describe its facilities is brilliant, from the moment one enters the lobby. The terrace also features “Coffee Lovers”, a place to enjoy a coffee and cake overlooking the waterfall and gardens, a perfect place to relax and watch over your children playing in the huge swimming pool.

This is brilliant description from developer – written lovely.
To be honestly – this project is very hardly to understand and even more to describe. Developer – Ratanakorn Asset Co., Ltd – experienced thai developer with number of finished and under construction project.

T.W. Wongamat located on Soi 16 Naklua Rd, 200 m from Wongamat Beach.  First building is under construction now, other under planning.   Prices from developer starts from 3 mln Thai Baht for studio 48 sqm and 7,4 mln Thai Baht for corner unit 114 sqm. Foreigner quota already finished from developer, so new buyers should try to find re-sales.

Nova-mirage

Low-rise condominium, consisting of 3 buildings around a common garden, swimming pool with Jacuzzi and gym. The project was built by Nova Group, and is now a condominium is managed by a subsidiary company. On the ground floor of Building A (near the public road) is a reception area with trained staff and security guards. On the same floor, facing to the road there are mini-mart, laundry, coffee shop, sale/rent office etc. Swimming pool with Jacuzzi (chlorine water) is at the center of the whole project, one more (salt water), located on the back side of building C. Near the pool is a simple gym with table tennis.

The  construction of building A was completed in 2006, B and C was completed in mid-2008, some units are still under reconstruction. Developer – Nova Group

Prices start from 1.85 mil Thai baht for the empty shell Studio 44 sq.m., one bedroom (one bathroom) 87 sq.m. apartment starts 3.75 mln Thai baht (for empty shell). Finished and fully furnished condo cost around 2.1 million baht.

Nova Mirage is popular for   renters – for studio – 15,000 Thai baht per month (minimun 6 months), or 20,000 baht per month – for a short period of time. One bedroom, you can find for 30,000 – 35,000 baht per month.
