The first two buildings (A and B) have only studio units, actually they are open-space units with large balcony. Ordinal units are 78 sqm and corner units – 90 and 116 sqm. The owners can build themselves as many bedrooms as they want, but it`s not so easy to create even one bright bedroom, because windows are located directly in front of the entrance of apartment. In this two buildings all condos facing outside from the pool, because they located from only one side of corridor. Apartments in A have view to the Soi 16/1 and apartments in B have view to the empty plot of land near by.

The prices are start from 3,3 mln Thai baht for 78 sqm apartment.. Sales in building B sales were not successful, so foreigner quota from developer are still available.
The designers improve layout for next two buildings C and D. First of all the layout of apartments has become more square (so more useful) and units are located on both sides of corridor, some of them have partly sea view. One bedroom condos with area from 68 to 82 sqm cost from 3,3 mln Thai baht and two bedroom apartments with area 82-123 sqm cost from 4 mln Thai baht.
All units in buildings D and C come from developer with fitted bathroom, build-in kitchen, tile floor and gypsum ceiling – all of materials are not the best quality. Within regular promotions, buyers can get aircon and water heater for free.

Sinking fund is 500 THB per sqm (one time payment) and maintenance fee is 20 THB per sqm per month (payment for the year ahead).

High-rise building of 34 storeys was built in 1991. Condominium located in a truly prestigious location on Soi 16 Naklua Rd with private access to Wongamat Beach.

Park Beach Condominium is managed well, the last renovation was done in early 2009.
The condo is safe and secure, on-site guards on the entrance and in the lobby. I never heard about thefts or another crime in Park Beach Condominium.
Units range: studio 55 sq m – prices are around 3.2 million Thai baht, one-bedroom – 83 sq.m. (prices from 6 million Thai baht), two-bedroom – 110 sq m (from 9.5 million baht) and three-bedroom units – 174 square meters (about 17 million Thai baht).
It is not so easy to find an apartment for rent, especially in the short term, and in the high season, but the prices are acceptable – studio worth 20,000 THB per month and two bedrooms ~ 35,000 THB a month.
