Pattaya East Modern 5 bedroom Pool House for Sale or Rent This property lays in a small village on an elevated location, roughly 350 meters away from Charknoke lake. Commercial businesses are not allowed in this area that is nice, quiet and rural. You can enjoy good air passing over the lake. There is good leisure value if you like the waters or to take a ride on a bicycle. It`s a nice ride of just 15 Minutes to reach Pattaya or the shopping-centers such as Makro, Tesco Lotus or Big C. Nice Thai and Western restaurants and 7 Elevens plus fresh market are nearby as well. This generous and contemporary villa stretches along its large private pool.
