Water Park Condominium Pattaya

When project plan was approved by EIA  in the midle of 2013, the company Heights Holdings started construction a new one project of the 3rd generation Water Park Condominium Pattaya.

By expanding Laguna brand line, the developer is working all the time for improving the quality of the new projects. In particular, the result was an increase in the area of garden, rest areas on the roof and the size of the pool. The pools, by the way, are provided 3 units.

A construction started in the Q.4, 2013. For the works of the foundation took about 3 months, after that have begun the construction of 201 units skeleton of 8-storey building.

By 2014, July the skeleton of 8-storey building was completed and started interior works and installation of water pipes and electric suplements on each floor.

At the moment, started construction of  rooftop rest area, including the basement platform of the rooftop pool and the gym.

Next step will be the begining of installation exterior elements with using extra strong shockproof glass.

Completion of the project is scheduled for 2015, April.

The project's success is obvious - just a few the last apartments are available for Sale with foreign name registration.
